1. The Concept Of Automobile Fasteners

Therefore, the final sorting and testing are carried out after the production is completed. The sorting can use manual sorting, eddy current sorting, optical sensors, and the like.

3. Heat Treatment Technology Of Auto Fasteners Industry

With the development of the automobile industry, the requirements for energy saving, lightweight, environmental protection and miniaturization have been continuously enhanced, and auto car fasteners have also received more and more attention. The steel used in the manufacture of automotive fasteners must have good strength and plasticity, and the expected comprehensive properties can be obtained after heat treatment. When heat treatment of fasteners, the temperature, atmosphere and time in the heating furnace should be strictly controlled to reduce the burning loss and decarburization of the surface of the finished fasteners. Heat treatment process is one of the keys to obtain good comprehensive performance of automotive fasteners. Unreasonable heat treatment process will directly lead to the failure of fasteners.

If the structure allows, the hex flange face nuts are preferred. For parts with special anti-loosening requirements, consider the use of torque-efficient lock nuts, such as all-metal lock nuts and non-metal insert lock nuts.
